  • Payment: You will be prompted to pay through a third-party service before receiving your audiobook. Payment must be completed for your audiobook to be generated and delivered.

Intellectual Property and Ownership:

  • Your Rights: Upon completion and delivery, you retain full ownership of the custom audiobook and any personal data you provide. Our application does not claim any rights to the content of the audiobooks generated.
  • Intellectual Property of Dan's Story Factory: While you own the audiobook generated, the underlying software and intellectual property used to create the audiobook remain the property of Dan's Story Factory.

Limitation of Liability:

  • DRMT.io is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our service or from the unauthorized access to, alteration of, or the deletion, destruction, or loss of your data or information.
